There are a number of ways to get help at the Gumberg Library. You may search the Ask a Librarian Knowledge Base that is available on the Ask A Librarian page for frequently asked questions. If you do not find the answer you are looking for there, you will have the option of submitting your question to our reference staff via an online form.
You may also chat with a reference librarian using the widget on the Ask a Librarian page. This local chat option is available whenever the Reference Desk is staffed.

The Circulation and Reference Desks are located on the 4th floor of the library, near the main entrance. The Circulation Desk is staffed at all hours that the library is open.
Reference Desk hours: Mon-Thurs, 8 am - 10 pm; Fri, 8 am - 6 pm; Sat, 10 am - 6 pm; Sun 11 am-7 pm, with variations during university holidays and summer semester.
