Are you accessing the databases directly from our website? Go to the library’s homepage and search for the database under “Research” → “Databases A-Z”. 

Have you changed your Multipass information recently? 

  • Try logging in without using an autofill or saved password. You may be using an old password unintentionally. 

  • Try opening the page in a new browser, or in an incognito / private browsing tab. 

If you’ve had too many failed login attempts, you can check to see if your credentials have been locked, and unlock them here by clicking the “Get Help” button.
